Shipping Within the UAE

Estimated delivery time:

• Dubai: 1–3 business days

• Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days

• Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional campaigns or when the minimum order value requirement is met.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

معالجة الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.

قد تستغرق معالجة الطلبات وقتاً إضافياً خلال فترات العروض أو المواسم المزدحمة.

الشحن داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة:

دبي: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل

أبوظبي: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل

الشارقة، عجمان، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة، أم القيوين: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل

جميع المدد المذكورة تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن والمنطقة.

رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن وعرضها عند إتمام الطلب.

قد يتم توفير شحن مجاني للطلبات المؤهلة أو خلال الحملات والعروض الخاصة.

تتبع الطلبات

بعد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب تحتوي على معلومات التتبع عند توفرها.

بيانات الشحن

يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات التوصيل قبل إتمام الطلب.

لا تتحمل صافي بيوتي مسؤولية أي تأخير أو فشل في التوصيل أو رسوم إضافية ناتجة عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

التأخير في التوصيل

قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات الخارجة عن إرادتنا بسبب الظروف الجوية أو الإجازات الرسمية أو إجراءات شركات الشحن.

نقدر تفهمكم وصبركم في هذه الحالات.

الطرود المفقودة أو المتضررة

في حال وصول الطلب بحالة متضررة أو في حال الاشتباه بفقدانه أثناء الشحن، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ التوصيل المتوقع.

سنقوم بمتابعة الحالة مع شركة الشحن والعمل على حلها بأسرع وقت ممكن.
